Spring is pretty much here and that means that the latest lines in skate shoes and clothing will soon be available in the highstreet and online. This Spring should be a very interesting time, as many fashion labels have been forced to limit the number of different ranges and products they are producing to cut back on costs. DC skate shoes are one of the best skate clothes brands, so I will soon be heading down to my local shoe shop to try on some DC Skate Shoes in Cheltenham and the new Spring range looks set to be a hit.
This season’s 2009 Spring range of DC skate shoes sees an eclectic mix of styles. You have the traditional style that the DC Shoe Co. has built there brand name on since they changed their name from Droors. These are fairly simple in design with a limited number of colours, usually with a white or black solid base colour and the DC logo on the outside of the shoe. There are variations in the designs, with artwork on the heels and sides of the shoe but this is the usual DC skate shoe territory with the basic designs coming in leather.
The Radar and Rebound ranges of DC shoes, sees a return to the classic high top styled skate shoe made famous in the eighties. The standard Radar Hi Top sport shoe is more of a basic trainer consisting of mostly primary and secondary colour designs with a suede upper. The SE version of this skate shoe is a tad more flamboyant with more colourful almost camouflage like designs. The Rebound hi top DC skate shoe on the other hand comes with a slight snakeskin impression all over the shoes, in both a bright silver colour and toned down green colour.
DC skate shoes also have a vast range of graphic based skate shoe designs in the Spring line. These sort of DC trainers range from the more elaborate designs, such as the Character range, which features a whole host of different art work, to the more simple styles like that of the DC Manteca shoe with its block colours.
